How to Change Your Email Address

Changing your email address on WestinPay is simple. Follow the steps below to request an update for your account:

1. Log into Your Account: Access your WestinPay account using your registered username and password.

2. Navigate to the Support Section: Once logged in, go to the “Support” section of your dashboard to request an email change.

3. Submit an Email Change Request: Create a support ticket and provide the following details:

  • Your current email address.
  • Your desired new email address.
  • Reason for changing the email (optional).

 

4. Wait for Confirmation: After submitting your request, our support team will review it and notify you via email about the status of your request.

Important Note: Make sure that your new email address is valid and accessible. In case of any issues, you may need to verify the new email address to complete the change.
