Requesting Payments from Your WestinPay Account
Requesting payments from other users is simple and secure with WestinPay. Whether you're a personal user, you can easily send payment requests to others using your account.
Steps to Request Payments
- Log into Your Account: Make sure you’re logged into your WestinPay account on the login page.
- Choose Request Payment: Navigate to the "Request Payment" option from your account dashboard.
- Enter Request Details: Fill in the recipient’s username or email address and the amount you wish to request. Include a brief description of the purpose of the payment, if necessary.
- Send Request: Once the details are correct, click "Send Request" to initiate the payment request. The recipient will be notified immediately.
Payment Request Notifications
After you send the payment request, the recipient will receive an email or notification within the WestinPay app. They can review the request and proceed to make the payment directly through their WestinPay account.
Payment Request Status
You can track the status of your payment request in the "Payment Requests" section of your dashboard. Once the recipient makes the payment, you'll be notified of the successful transfer.
Security and Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraud and ensure security, always verify the recipient’s information before sending a payment request. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account adds an extra layer of security for your requests.
What to Do If Payment Is Not Received
If you don't receive the payment after the requested time, follow up with the recipient. If there are any issues or disputes, you can contact WestinPay support by submitting a support ticket.
