Invoice: How to Create and Pay Invoices

WestinPay offers a simple and secure way to create and pay invoices. Whether you're a business or an individual, you can easily generate invoices and settle payments directly through the platform.

How to Create an Invoice

  • Log into Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your WestinPay account on the login page.
  • Go to the Invoice Section: From your account dashboard, navigate to the "Invoices" section where you can create a new invoice.
  • Enter Invoice Details: Fill in the details of the invoice, including the recipient's name, amount, description of services or goods, and any other relevant information.
  • Set Due Date: Specify the due date for the payment. You can also add any specific payment terms or instructions if needed.
  • Generate Invoice: Once all details are filled in, click "Generate Invoice" to create the invoice. You can now send it to the recipient via email or a shareable link.

How to Pay an Invoice

  • Log into Your Account: To pay an invoice, log into your WestinPay account on the login page.
  • Go to the Invoices Section: In your dashboard, navigate to the "Invoices" section where you can see all unpaid invoices.
  • Review the Invoice: Select the invoice you wish to pay and review the details to ensure everything is correct.
  • Make Payment: Click "Pay Now" and choose your preferred payment method. Confirm the payment details to complete the transaction.

Invoice Notifications

Once an invoice is generated or paid, both the sender and recipient will receive a notification via email or within the WestinPay app. This ensures that both parties are informed about the transaction status.

Invoice History

You can track your created and paid invoices in the "Invoice History" section. This allows you to keep a record of all your transactions and easily access previous invoices when needed.

Security and Fraud Prevention

Always verify the details before generating or paying an invoice to avoid errors. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection for your invoice transactions.
