WestinPay allows you to redeem and create vouchers for convenient transactions. Vouchers can be used for discounts, rewards, or even sending funds to other users or merchants.

How to Redeem a Voucher

• Log into Your Account: Ensure you are logged into your WestinPay account on the login page.
• Navigate to the Voucher Section: From your account dashboard, go to the "Voucher" section where you can view your available vouchers.
• Enter Voucher Code: If you have received a voucher code, enter it in the "Redeem Voucher" field. Double-check for accuracy before submitting.
• Apply Voucher: After entering the code, click "Apply" to redeem the voucher. The discount or value will be applied to your balance or transaction immediately.

How to Create a Voucher

• Go to the Create Voucher Section: From your dashboard, navigate to the "Create Voucher" option under the Voucher section.
• Enter Voucher Details: Provide the details for the voucher, including the amount, expiration date, and any specific conditions for redemption.
• Generate Voucher: After entering the necessary information, click "Generate Voucher" to create a new voucher. You can share the voucher code with recipients as needed.

Voucher Terms and Conditions

Vouchers on WestinPay may have certain terms and conditions, such as expiration dates or specific redemption requirements. Ensure you review these conditions before creating or redeeming vouchers.

Tracking Your Vouchers

You can track your redeemed and created vouchers in the "Voucher History" section. This helps you manage your transactions and keep track of any outstanding or used vouchers.

Security and Fraud Prevention

To ensure the security of your vouchers, only share your voucher codes with trusted parties. Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account adds an extra layer of security for your transactions.
