With WestinPay, you can easily access your transaction history and view detailed receipts for all your payments. This feature helps you keep track of all transactions made through your account.

How to Access Your Payment History

• Log into Your Account: First, make sure you're logged into your WestinPay account on the login page.
• Navigate to Payment History: Go to the "Transaction History" section in your account dashboard. Here, you'll find a list of all your past payments and receipts.
• Filter Your Transactions: Use filters to narrow down your transaction history by date range, payment method, or recipient. This makes it easier to locate specific payments.

How to View and Download Receipts

• Select a Transaction: Click on any transaction in your history to view the payment details, including the recipient, amount, date, and any applicable fees.
• Download Your Receipt: After viewing the transaction details, you can download or print the receipt for your records. This document includes all necessary information for reference.

What to Do If There Are Discrepancies

If you notice any discrepancies or issues with your payment history, you can contact WestinPay support. Simply submit a support ticket to report the issue and get assistance.
