How to Close Your Account

If you wish to close your WestinPay account, you can do so by following the steps below. Please note that you will need to provide a reason for the closure by submitting a support ticket through your account.

Steps to Close Your Account

  • Withdraw Your Funds: Ensure that you withdraw any remaining balance in your WestinPay account before proceeding with account closure.
  • Log into Your Account: To initiate the closure process, you must be logged into your WestinPay account. Visit the login page to access your account.
  • Submit a Support Ticket: Once logged in, go to the "Support" section in your account dashboard. Create a support ticket to request account closure and provide your reasons for wanting to close the account.
  • Confirm the Closure: After submitting the support ticket, our team will review your request. If your request is approved, the account closure process will begin.
  • Finalize Account Closure: Once the process is complete, your account will be closed, and your personal data and transaction history will be deleted.

Important Considerations

  • Account Balance: Ensure that your account balance is zero before submitting the request. Any funds left in the account will be lost once it's closed.
  • Pending Transactions: Make sure there are no pending transactions before requesting closure to avoid complications.
  • Data Deletion: All your personal data and transaction history will be permanently deleted after account closure.

What to Do If You Change Your Mind

If you change your mind about closing your account before the process is complete, you can contact WestinPay support to cancel the request. Simply submit a support ticket to cancel the closure process.
